Search “horizontal storage shed” and Google adds the words a buyer actually means: for lawn mower, for trash cans, 70 cubic feet, suncast. The job is the same every time — hide two cans or one mower under a lid that opens from the top and the front, below the fence line. We read every horizontal on Amazon’s best-seller and new-release lists and two searches, signed in, on 16 and 17 September 2026, plus the critical reviews on each of the six we carded, and re-read every maker’s own warranty page. Then we did the arithmetic nobody prints: each listing’s length × width × height, divided by 1,728, the cubic inches in a cubic foot.

The class sorts itself into two camps. Suncast and Keter print a cubic-foot figure that is 73 to 82 percent of the outside of the shell — their number is the inside. The Amazon-only badges print 96 to 107 percent of the outside — their number is the shell itself, walls and all. One badge prints 127. And the three cheapest 36-cubic-foot sheds on the site are one factory shell, part number TT013, under three names.

The short version:

🏆 Best overall — Suncast Stow-Away 70: 70 cubic feet by the maker’s interior figure (93 exterior), steel-reinforced multi-wall resin, gas shocks and a soft-close lid, two 96-gallon carts, and the class’s best warranty document — ten years, with a wind threshold and a snow clause in writing. $580, and Amazon.com no longer sells it: on 2026-09-27 the one offer was Spreetail’s. 4.4★/149 on a clean base. The catch: the instructions are bad, and one owner who did not anchor it watched it blow over.

🗑️ Best for two 32-gallon cans — Suncast 34 (BMS2500): the class’s longest-selling listing, 4.2★/1,739 pooled across marketplaces, the same ten-year term, $331. The tail is missing hinge holes, hinges that break with no parts offered, and owners of older Suncasts saying this one is thinner.

📦 The deepest white-label base — KINYING 48: 4.4★/1,774, but pooled across ten variants including three vertical sheds; twin-wall HDPE at 92 pounds; $366. The seller of record showed 64% positive feedback on 55 ratings the day we read it.

💸 Best value — Devoko 26: $145, 4.2★/465, blow-moulded double-layer panels, and a one-year term printed on the maker’s own page. Half the critical tail is one discovery: the hardware for the shelves is in the box, the shelves are not.

🏷️ The one everybody knows — Keter Store-It-Out Prime: sold by Amazon.com at Keter’s own sale price, $190, pistons, a bin-opening kit, two years. 4.0★/1,933 — the deepest base on the page, pooled across three models, with 13% one-star.

⛔ SKIP — GULAIMOAO 36: a single-wall shell with a corrugated-plastic back panel, 4.1★/35 with a fifth of the base one-star, sold as LHBcraft and WTFGO under the same part number.

Two camps of labels

Every listing prints its own dimensions. We multiplied them and divided by 1,728, then set the result beside the cubic-foot figure on the front of the box. Where the maker publishes an interior, we ran that too.

Suncast publishes its interiors, and they land on its labels: the Stow-Away’s 65.5 × 38 × 48.5 inches inside is 70 cubic feet, the BMS2500’s 49 × 26.25 × 43.5 is 32. Keter’s Prime interior, 48 × 24 × 42.8, is 28.5 against a 31 on the page. The makers are describing the space you get. The badges are describing the box the shed ships as, walls and lid included, and two of them print a number the outside of the shell cannot hold. The Homspark, Bob Vila’s “best for garbage bins” pick, sits in the makers’ camp on this one measure — its 26-cubic-foot label is on the same 51 × 29 × 41-inch shell YITAHOME labels 35 and GULAIMOAO labels 36.

The seller column is where the class’s other story sits. Three of the six sheds we carded are sold by Amazon.com. The other three are sold by storefronts: Devoko’s is a Hong Kong furniture company with 83% positive feedback on 990 ratings, GULAIMOAO’s is the operation whose initials are in the part number, and KINYING’s — FOKONG Group Limited — showed 64% positive on 55 ratings. That number, on a $366 shed with no warranty document, is a buyer-protection line on its own.

The three failures, and the one that is yours

Read six critical tails on horizontal sheds and the same three things come up in a different order each time. The panels are thin — “It is extremely flimsy! Panels are very thin and held together by interlocking or 1/2-inch screws in plastic” (Keter), “the whole thing rocked like it was going to fall apart until the doors are locked in place” (KINYING), “I would compare it to a water resistant cardboard box” (YITAHOME). The doors will not close square — “despite following the directions to a T the doors do not close” (Devoko), “the doors don’t line up to put a padlock through the holes without a lot of wriggling” (KINYING), “no support across the front to keep it square, so the doors are very wonky” (Keter Prime XL). And the parts are wrong or missing — “there are supposed to be holes for the lid hinges… and there aren’t” (Suncast 34), “Missing the left and right side door hinges” (GULAIMOAO), “only box B came” (KINYING).

The fourth failure is the buyer’s. Two tails describe a shed destroyed by wind, and both owners had not anchored it. Every floor here has anchor points; Suncast’s warranty requires the doors latched in a storm and Keter’s excludes “acts of nature” outright. A lift-lid shed is a 50-inch sail with a lid that catches the gust. Bolt it down before the first week is out.

Read those with the base composition in mind. The Keter’s 1,933 ratings pool the Prime, the Midi and the Prime XL — one review pool for three models and four listings. The KINYING’s 1,774 pool three sizes of horizontal and three vertical sheds. The GULAIMOAO’s 35 pool three sizes. Only the Stow-Away’s 149 is a read of one product.

What the pros have tested

One credentialed outlet has put hands on a horizontal shed. Jenica Currie, a senior editor at The Spruce, built and used a YITAHOME “Extra Large” horizontal for six months in a windy yard for the outlet’s shed test (published June 2025), and wrote that it “has to be in my top three so far” and “after many storms, six months, it has stayed dry inside and has never blown over.” We went to card it. Both Amazon ASINs for that 47-cubic-foot shed now redirect to a different YITAHOME — a 35/59-cubic-foot family at 4.0★/463 with 10% one-star and a tail of “plastics are light and thin” and a padlock hasp “recessed too far into the door.” The tested product is no longer sold as itself, and the shed its link lands on is not the shed she tested.

Bob Vila’s 2026 shed roundup names the Homspark horizontal “best for garbage bins”, and its “how we chose” section describes selection criteria; the only product on that page with a tester’s own words is a steel ShelterLogic. Family Handyman’s Keter test is the Premier tall shed, a vertical. Consumer Reports, Wirecutter, BHG, This Old House and Popular Mechanics have not tested a horizontal shed that we can find. So the record on every shed below is the owners’ record, read on the listing, and the maker’s own documents.

Best overall: Suncast Stow-Away Horizontal Shed (70 cu ft)

Winner
Our top pick

Suncast Stow-Away Horizontal Shed (70 cu ft, BMS4720)

Best overall (the one with a 10-year document behind it) · The biggest horizontal here, on the class's best warranty document: 70 cubic feet, steel-reinforced multi-wall resin, gas shocks, a soft-close lid, and Suncast's ten-year term with its 65 mph wind and 8-inch snow conditions in writing. 4.4★/149 on a clean base. Owners' complaints are the instructions and a shed that must be anchored.

Your pick if you have two full-size municipal carts to hide and you want the biggest horizontal shed on Amazon from a maker that publishes a ten-year warranty, a wind threshold and a snow clause: 70 cubic feet of steel-reinforced multi-wall resin that Suncast says holds two 96-gallon waste containers, gas shocks and a soft-close lid, 4.4★/149 with every visible card a US verified purchase. Not for you if you will not anchor it — the one owner who set it loose on a driveway watched it blow over a week later.

Pros
  • One of the two sheds here (both Suncast) whose maker publishes a ten-year warranty document with a wind threshold (damage from wind over 65 mph is excluded; doors must be latched in storms) and a snow condition (clear it past 8 in.)
  • Holds two 96-gallon municipal carts — the size that makes half the 'my cans don't fit' complaints on rival listings
  • Gas shocks hold the lid open one-handed and a soft-close hinge stops it slamming; steel-reinforced multi-wall panels, not single-skin resin
  • 4.4★ across 149, all visible cards US verified purchases, no Vine
Cons
  • 'It took 2.5 hours to put it together (one person). I did not anchor it… Exactly one week later we had some strong southerly winds… it blew over and is no longer repairable' — Suncast's own warranty requires the doors latched in wind; anchor it
  • 'It comes with the most atrocious instructions. Some parts do not even correspond to the instructions' — three of ten critical cards are the manual
  • Shipping damage: 'most of the panels, doors and metal parts were bent, creased, or damaged so assembly was impossible' (Suncast replaced it); one owner's floor 'was not cut out for the walls'
  • 14 critical reviews at our first read, when the base was 144 (10%); the base is under a year old on this ASIN

A long, badly documented assembly, and a shed that must be anchored. 'Very confusing instructions- doors very hard to put on'; 'Some parts do not even correspond to the instructions'; 'It takes two people to put together (a third person for the lid) and HOURS of work'. One owner left it unanchored on a driveway with full cans inside and 'exactly one week later… it blew over and is no longer repairable'. Shipping damage in two cards, one replaced by Suncast.

✓ Safety: no active recallCPSC recall API checked 2026-09-17: ProductName=Suncast → 0 records, ProductName=storage shed → 0 and ProductName=horizontal shed → 0, with the positive control ProductName=heater returning 181 records in the same sitting. A lift-lid shed is a large lidded box: lock it when small children play nearby, and never let a child climb inside.

Why it wins. It is the only shed on this page that takes two full-size municipal carts, and the only one whose maker will tell you, in a document you can read before you buy, what the warranty covers and what voids it: ten years on defects, registration within 90 days, wind over 65 mph excluded, snow left deeper than 8 inches excluded, doors latched in a storm. Steel-reinforced multi-wall panels, gas shocks that hold the lid one-handed and a soft-close hinge so it cannot slam on a hand. Its base is small — 149 ratings (144 when we read the cards on 2026-09-17), all visible cards US verified purchases, none from Vine — and it is clean: no size ladder, no sibling models, one shed.

Not for you if: you want it up in an hour, or you will not anchor it. The tail is three hours, two people and “the most atrocious instructions”, with a third person for the lid. And one owner’s account of a Stow-Away left loose on a driveway, full cans inside, blown over and unrepairable a week later, is the sentence to read before deciding where it goes. Suncast’s warranty says the doors must be latched in wind; it does not say the shed will stand unanchored, and it will not.

Suncast 34 Cu Ft Horizontal Storage Shed (BMS2500)

Best for two 32-gallon cans (the longest-selling listing in the class)

Your pick if you want the horizontal shed people have owned the longest — 4.2★ across 1,739 on a listing that has been selling since 2012, a 10-year term from a real maker, and a 46-by-40-inch door opening that takes two 32-gallon cans. Not for you if you expect the shed your neighbour bought a decade ago: the critical tail is owners of older Suncasts saying this one is thinner.

4.2 · 1,739 owner ratingsAmazon · September 2026 · global base
Pros
  • The longest-selling listing of any horizontal shed we read — reviews on it run from 2017 — at 4.2★ across 1,739
  • Suncast's 10-year limited warranty, with the wind (65 mph) and snow (8 in.) conditions published — the same document as the Stow-Away
  • Reinforced floor and a lid prop that engages itself for one-handed loading; 46-inch door opening
Cons
  • 'Until you get to the part where there are supposed to be holes for the lid hinges… and there aren't' — a quality-control theme across the tail, and 'the metal roof hinges' missing from another box
  • 'The hinges on the lid broke. When we notified customer service they basically said that's too bad… We cant replace or even get you the replacement hinges'
  • Owners of older Suncasts say this one is thinner: 'Compared to an older Suncast shed we have, the overall durability is lacking'; 'The shed just feels flimsy compared to a similar unit i purchased at my last home'
  • 252 critical reviews (14% of the base); 5 of 13 visible cards are from outside the US, so the average pools marketplaces

A lift-lid shed is a large lidded box: lock it when small children play nearby, and never let a child climb inside.

The listing has been selling since 2012 and its critical page runs from 2017 to last month, which is the reason to read it: it is the only shed here whose owners can compare it with the one they bought a decade ago, and they do. “Compared to an older Suncast shed we have, the overall durability is lacking.” “The shed just feels flimsy compared to a similar unit i purchased at my last home.” The design has changed — the older curved front is gone — and so, by the owners’ account, has some of the wall. What has not changed is the warranty document, the same ten-year term as the Stow-Away, and the two-32-gallon-can door opening, 46 by 40 inches. Its 4.2 across 1,739 pools reviews from Canada and the UK with the US ones, and 14% of the base is critical, most of it the lid: hinge holes not drilled, roof hinges missing from the box, and a broken hinge that Suncast’s support “cant replace or even get you.” Buy it for the opening and the document; expect to finish the quality control yourself.

Pros
  • The lowest price on the page, ranked #27 in Storage Sheds on 2026-09-17, 4.2★ across 465

Cons
  • 'DOES NOT COME WITH SHELVES just the hardware for them' — five of ten critical cards are the missing shelves, sold separately at 'pretty overpriced' prices

But it's not. When opened from the top, lid comes right off'; one 50 cu ft owner: 'it does leak'.

A lift-lid shed is a large lidded box: lock it when small children play nearby, and never let a child climb inside.

The Devoko is the cheapest shed on the page, and the cheapest one here with a warranty term in writing — devoko.com prints “30-day Return Policy & One-year Warranty” on the product page, and sells the same cabinet direct for more than Amazon does. Double-layer blow-moulded panels, a foot-pedal-and-magnet door lock, and owners who call it “super sleek/classy as far as outdoor boxes go.” Five of the ten critical cards we read are the same sentence: “DOES NOT COME WITH SHELVES just the hardware for them.” The lid lifts off rather than hinging (“when opened from the top, lid comes right off”), the doors need a level pad to meet, and the 50-cubic-foot sibling on the same listing “does leak.” At 37 inches tall it takes cushions, tools and 32-gallon cans, not a cart — measure first.

The one everybody knows: Keter Store-It-Out Prime Horizontal Shed

The one everybody knows (the deepest base on the page, and the worst histogram)

The listing's size menu spans 4 models and colours (30–42 cu ft) — this card is the Prime (31 cu ft), Black. Check the size before you add to cart.

Your pick if you want the name-brand two-can shed at the lowest name-brand price, sold by Amazon itself, with a bin-opening kit that lifts the can lids when the shed lid lifts, hydraulic pistons and a two-year term from keter.com. Not for you if you read the histogram: 13% one-star on a 1,933-rating base that pools the Prime, Midi and Prime XL, and a tail of 'flimsy' from owners who owned the older Keter.

4.0 · 1,933 owner ratingsAmazon · September 2026 · listing-wide base · global base
Pros
  • Sold by Amazon.com — $189.99 in an Early Prime Big Deal on 2 October, against a $329.99 list on keter.com — the cheapest name-brand two-can shed we read
  • Keter's bin-opening kit raises the trash-can lids when the shed lid lifts, and hydraulic pistons hold it; ventilation panels and a step-on lock
  • A two-year term and a 15 lb/sq ft snow figure published on the maker's own page; Keter's Signature Horizontal above it carries ten years
Cons
  • 13% one-star on a base of 1,933 that pools the Prime, Midi and Prime XL — the worst histogram of any name-brand shed here; 5 of 13 visible cards are from outside the US
  • 'Died after one windy evening'; 'the lid was warped upon arrival'; 'It is extremely flimsy! Panels are very thin and held together by interlocking or 1/2" screws in plastic'
  • Owners who owned the older Keter say this one is thinner: 'I purchased another unit a long time ago, which was sturdier. This one is not as good even though it is the same brand, same size and design'
  • Single-wall resin (keter.com's own construction line) against double-wall rivals; one Midi owner measured the interior at 45.8 in. against the page's 48

Thin panels, a lid that warps, and wind. 'Died after one windy evening… the lid was warped upon arrival'; 'It is extremely flimsy! Panels are very thin and held together by interlocking or 1/2" screws in plastic'; 'Looks nice but really flimsy for the price. When the doors are open, it wobbles'; 'no support across the front to keep it square, so the doors are very wonky' (Prime XL); 'I purchased another unit a long time ago, which was sturdier'. If you have seen one horizontal shed beside a house, it was probably this one, and Amazon sells it itself at the price keter.com marks as 35% off list. It has the features the badges copy — hydraulic pistons, a step-on lock, ventilation panels — and one they do not: a bin-opening kit that lifts the can lids when the shed lid lifts. It also has the worst histogram on the page: 13% one-star on a base that pools the Prime, the Midi and the Prime XL, with reviews from three countries. Keter’s own construction line says single-wall, and the owners say thin: “Died after one windy evening… the lid was warped upon arrival,” “Panels are very thin,” and from a Midi owner with a tape measure, an interior of 45.8 inches against a page that says 48. A consumer product designer who bought one wrote that “for the price and the brand name I had higher expectations.” Two years, from a maker whose Signature Horizontal above it carries ten.

SKIP: GULAIMOAO 36 Cu Ft Horizontal Storage Shed

SKIP (one shell, three names, and a corrugated back panel)

Sold in 10 sizes and colours on this listing (36–51 cu ft) — this card is the 29.1 × 51.1 × 43.3 in (36 cu ft), Black. Check the size before you add to cart.

Your pick if you have read this page and still want the cheapest 36 you can put a padlock on — but you would do better at the Devoko for less, or the LHBcraft, which is this exact shell (part TT013) with Amazon.com as the seller. Not for you if 'waterproof' has to mean it: the back panel is corrugated plastic, the seams let rain in, and a fifth of the base is one-star.

4.1 · 35 owner ratingsAmazon · September 2026 · early data · listing-wide base
Pros
  • The 36-cubic-foot size at a 36-cubic-foot price; assembly is simple because, as an LHBcraft owner put it, 'nothing fits that tight'
  • Sold in three sizes and five colourways; the LHBcraft twin ships from Amazon.com if you want the platform's returns desk on this shell
Cons
  • 'Back of storage box is cardboard plastic coated material vs. hard plastic'; 'The back wall is corrugated plastic instead of heavy plastic like the rest of the shed' — the same panel on the LHBcraft: 'it's like a pressboard'
  • 'Single wall plastic construction with stiffener webs. Even with stiffeners it is pretty flimsy… Screws can strip very easily… Doors are floppy and flimsy'
  • 20% one-star on a 35-rating base; every critical card is from the last two months
  • No maker: the part number AMZ-YXB-TT013 carries the seller YANGXB's initials, Walmart lists the brand as 'Unbranded', and the shell sells as LHBcraft (AMZ-LC-TT013) and WTFGO (TT013-BK) under other names

A corrugated back panel and a single-wall shell. 'Single wall plastic construction with stiffener webs. Even with stiffeners it is pretty flimsy. The back panel is super weak. The lead that started this page, and the shed that earns the skip. Its model field reads AMZ-YXB-TT013; the LHBcraft’s reads AMZ-LC-TT013; the WTFGO’s reads TT013-BK. Same three sizes, same shell, three names, and the owners of all three describe the same back panel — “corrugated plastic instead of heavy plastic like the rest of the shed”, “cardboard plastic coated material”, “it’s like a pressboard.” The GULAIMOAO’s own base is 35 ratings with 20% one-star; the LHBcraft’s is 155 with 19% critical and “a TON of places water infiltrates.” The initials in the part number belong to the seller. There is no maker, no site and no warranty, and the LHBcraft version is the same shell sold by Amazon.com for the same money, which is the only reason to prefer it if you must have this shape at this price. You should not.

The sheds we read and did not card

YITAHOME 35/59 (4.0★/463, pooled, sold by Amazon.com): the family The Spruce’s tested link now lands on; the 47 it tested is gone. Homspark 26 (4.3★/1,880, colour-only twister, so a model-specific base): Bob Vila’s desk pick, on the YITAHOME/GULAIMOAO shell with an honest label, ranked #527 in Storage Sheds the day we read it and priced above the Keter; a real contender for a buyer who wants that base, sold by a third party with no maker site. Rubbermaid Large Horizontal 5×4 (4.4★/1,293): no buy box — “See All Buying Options” from marketplace sellers only, rubbermaid.com shows it unavailable, and its detail table says one year; the Roughneck sheds on Rubbermaid’s ten-year list are different products, and that document reserves the right to reject claims on units from “unauthorized Internet sites.” ADDOK 48 (4.4★/382, eight variants pooled, reviews from 2023 on a 2026 ASIN, #714 in Storage Sheds) and ZZM 48 (4.5★/180, nine variants pooled from 26 to 57 cubic feet, no manufacturer field): the KINYING’s rivals on thinner or re-listed bases. Patiowell 26 (4.0★/48, 11% one-star): a real maker with a site, on a base too thin to rank. AOXUN 41 (4.2★/16): a 41-cubic-foot label on a 32-cubic-foot shell. Keter Signature Horizontal (71 cu ft, ten years, keter.com): the premium horizontal, eight ratings on Amazon. Lifetime 75 (4.5★/12 on Amazon): five years on the product page and ten on lifetime.com’s FAQ, a conflict the maker publishes on its own site. Suncast Glidetop 98 (4.6★/258): the biggest Suncast, with a sliding lid instead of a lift lid — the better shed if you can give it seven feet of depth.

How to pick a horizontal shed

  • Measure the can, then read the door opening. A 32-gallon can is about 24 inches across and 32 tall; a 96-gallon municipal cart is about 29 wide, 34 deep and 46 tall. Cubic feet tell you nothing about whether the lid closes. The Stow-Away takes two carts; the 26-to-36-cubic-foot sheds take two cans, and several owners found out which by trying.
  • Divide before you buy. Length × width × height in inches, ÷ 1,728. A maker’s label lands near 75% of that; a badge’s lands near 100%. A label above 100% is a number the shell cannot hold.
  • Read the seller line and the part number. Sold by Amazon.com is the exception here, not the rule. A model field that starts with “AMZ-” and a seller’s initials is a listing, not a manufacturer; a part number shared across brands is one factory.
  • Anchor it the day you build it. Both wind failures in the tails were unanchored sheds. Every floor here has the holes.
  • Bag what you store, and pad the slab. No lift-lid shed is sealed, and half the leak complaints arrive with doors that would not close because the ground was not level.
  • If the warranty matters, buy the document, not the number. Suncast publishes its conditions; Keter’s small sheds are two years; Rubbermaid’s ten-year list does not include its horizontal; the badges publish nothing. Our pool-storage page carries the vertical Suncast for long-handled tools, and our large-deck-box page the boxes that do the same job below knee height.

FAQ

What is the biggest horizontal storage shed you can buy?

On Amazon, the Suncast Glidetop at 98 cubic feet (a sliding lid, not a lift lid) and below it the Suncast Stow-Away at 70, which we rank best overall. At keter.com, the Signature Horizontal is 71 cubic feet with a ten-year term; its Amazon listing had eight ratings the day we read it. Lifetime's 75-cubic-foot horizontal is sold on lifetime.com and on an Amazon listing with twelve ratings. Above 70 cubic feet you are choosing between a 98 with a sliding lid and a walk-in vertical shed.

Will two trash cans fit in a horizontal shed?

Two 32-gallon cans, yes, in anything on this page from 31 cubic feet up. Two municipal carts, no — a 96-gallon cart is about 29 inches wide, 34 deep and 46 tall, and only the Stow-Away (Suncast says two 96-gallon containers) takes a pair. 'My cans didn't fit' is the most common complaint on the small sheds we read: an owner of the YITAHOME family found the door opening 'four feet and five inches, not four feet and six', and a New York owner of the LHBcraft could not close it on 45-gallon city bins. Measure the cart, then read the door opening, not the cubic feet.

Which horizontal shed has the best warranty?

Suncast's, by the document: ten years on every BMS-prefix shed, registered within 90 days, with the conditions in writing — damage from wind over 65 mph is excluded and leaving snow over 8 inches deep on the roof voids it. Keter's Store-It-Out Prime is two years (its Signature and Hide Away are ten). Devoko prints one year on its own product page. Rubbermaid's ten-year list names its Roughneck sheds and deck boxes, not its horizontal shed, and reserves the right to reject claims on units bought from 'unauthorized Internet sites'. KINYING and GULAIMOAO publish nothing; the Amazon return window is the term.

Are horizontal sheds waterproof?

No shed on this page is sealed, and the owners say so on every listing: 'a TON of places water infiltrates' (LHBcraft), 'it does leak' (a Devoko 50), a Suncast whose roof drains into the shed at the rear corners. A lift lid over a door seam is two joints where a deck box has one. Treat 'waterproof' in the title as 'sheds rain', put cushions in bags, and site the shed on a pad so the doors can close square — half the leak reports come with 'the doors do not close'.

Is the 36-cubic-foot shed sold under different names the same shed?

Yes. The GULAIMOAO, LHBcraft and WTFGO listings print the same factory part number, TT013, in their model fields (AMZ-YXB-TT013, AMZ-LC-TT013, TT013-BK), share the same three sizes, and their owners describe the same back panel: 'corrugated plastic instead of heavy plastic', 'like a pressboard'. The LHBcraft is sold by Amazon.com, which is worth something at return time; the shell is the same. We skip the GULAIMOAO on its 20% one-star share, and we would not pay for the shell under any of the three names.

Do I need to anchor a horizontal shed?

Yes, and the tails show what happens when you do not. A Stow-Away owner set it on a driveway with full cans inside and 'exactly one week later we had some strong southerly winds… it blew over and is no longer repairable'; a Keter owner's 'died after one windy evening'. Suncast's own warranty requires the doors closed and latched in wind, and Keter's floor has four anchor points for a reason. Bolt it to the slab or drive the anchors, and lock the lid — a padlock keeps the lid down as much as it keeps thieves out.
