Liberty Garden 712 Single Arm Navigator Rotating Hose Reel
Best wall mount: the crank reel two testers liked, if you keep the steel from rusting — Liberty Garden's single-arm rotating wall reel in 18-gauge powder-coated steel, rated for 125 ft of 5/8-inch hose. Bob Vila named it Best Overall and Family Handyman's tester found it "doesn’t leak, reduces kinks". Owners give it 4.5★ across 3,794. The catch is the steel: half of its newest critical reviews describe rust, and Liberty's warranty excludes rust on the steel frame.

Cons
- Rust: 5 of its 10 newest written critical reviews describe rust or corrosion, some within months, and one owner's swivel levers "rusted tight"; Liberty's warranty says the steel frame may rust and does not cover it
- Liberty covers the frame for 3 years but the crank handle, swivel, water connections and leader hose for 1
- One owner fit only 75 ft before it was full; the 125 ft rating assumes a standard 5/8-inch hose
- No lag bolts in the box, owners report
Rust. The newest critical reviews say it "Rusts after 4 months", that two reels' swivel levers "rusted tight and will no longer swivel", that "after a few months, signs of corrosion are already visible" and that it is "great for about a year then the mechanism that swivels the reel rusts and gets stuck"; one six-year owner wrote all three "have rusted out". One leaked at the reel connection on day one; one held only 75 ft.
