VINGLI Pool Cover Reel Set 18 FT (In-Ground)
Best overall — the better owner record of the two VINGLI listings — VINGLI's other in-ground listing, and the one worth knowing about: 4.2★ across 718, a tenth above the brand's own best seller with 11% of its ratings at one or two stars against 14%, on a base four tenths the size, for about five dollars more. Three-section aluminium tube adjustable from 6 to 18 ft. If you are buying VINGLI anyway, this is the listing with the better score.

Pros
- Rates higher than VINGLI's own deepest listing — 4.2★ across 718 against 4.0★ across 1,760
- Clean single-model base with no variants pooled in
- Adjusts down to 6 ft as well as up to 18, so a narrow pool is not stuck at the top of a wider reel
Cons
- 718 ratings is a real base but well short of the 1,760 behind the listing beside it — you trade evidence depth for a tenth of a star
- Same brand, same telescoping design, so expect the same sag at full extension that the category is built on
- About five dollars more than the deeper-based VINGLI for a difference inside the noise
- Watch the variant: an owner reports a cheaper NON-LOGO version of this listing ships Velcro straps and one-time-use clips instead of the track straps — about $4 saved for weaker hardware
Instructions and parts, plus one trap worth more than the rest. The dominant complaint is the manual — "the one issue with it, and it is a large one, are the assembly instructions", "instructions are not clear", "the instructions are not v[ery good]" — on a unit that ships in two boxes from China. Parts go wrong too: one owner was sent mismatched components ("a blue rolling wheel and yellow small[er parts]") and warns to "double check the product prior to assembly"; another found "the end portions are attached to the tube with very small screws into hard plastic" and modified it to be stronger. THE TRAP: an owner warns that a cheaper NON-LOGO version of this listing "has Velcro straps, not stronger track straps. They are also 1 time use clips" — a $4 saving that changes the hardware. One long-term reviewer re-evaluated to DO NOT BUY after the second season.
