TURBRO Beluga B50V Pool Heat Pump (50K BTU, inverter)
Best warranty: 2-yr unit / 5-yr compressor, full inverter — A 50,000 BTU full DC-inverter heat pump for a large above-ground pool up to 15,000 gallons — from TURBRO, a real brand (mini-splits, RV ACs) that backs it with the best warranty in the class: 2 years on the unit, 5 on the compressor. It reverses to cool, runs quiet on the inverter, and is WiFi-controlled. The catch is a new, still-thin owner base (4.4★/34)

Pros
- Best warranty in the class — 2 years on the unit, 5 on the compressor — from a real brand that sells and backs it directly (it applies on an online buy)
- Full DC inverter: it modulates instead of hard-cycling, runs quieter and cheaper, and reverses to cool
- Covers a genuinely large above-ground pool (up to 15,000 gal), WiFi-controlled, IPX4-rated
Cons
- New listing with a thin owner base (4.4★/34 — early data); the FibroPool has a far deeper base
- 240V hardwired — factor in an electrician if the pad isn't wired
- Cooling output isn't separately spec'd (heat pumps typically cool at roughly half their heat rating)

FAQ
Who is the TURBRO Beluga B50V Pool Heat Pump (50K BTU, inverter) for?
You want the best-backed unit in the class — a real brand's 2-year/5-year warranty on a full DC-inverter that also cools — and you're OK being an early owner while its review base is still small.

Does the TURBRO Beluga B50V Pool Heat Pump (50K BTU, inverter) come with a manufacturer warranty?

Record
- — Re-read on its own listing B0D8KPSRDR: 4.4★ across 34 (was 4.4★ across 29), $1,749. One size of the eight-size TURBRO selector; counts are separate per size (B33V reads 19), so unpooled.
- — Titanium heat exchanger, maker-stated. Critical pass the same day and the complaint is the cabinet, not the machine: the top panel warps after a season outdoors. It comes from a four-star owner on a histogram running 70/14/6/5/5 across only 29 ratings, so it is a signal, not yet a pattern.
- — Flow read off TURBRO's own Shopify spec table, B50V column: 29.1 GPM rated, alongside 52,200 BTU maximum heating and a 2-inch connection. It is one of the few heat pumps in this class whose maker publishes the figure at all.
- — Base composition read rather than inherited: eight of eight visible cards are verified purchases, no free-product (Amazon Vine) reviews, and every one sits on the "Size: 15,000 Gallons" variant — so the 29 ratings describe one configuration, not the line.
