Pros

- Poolmaster says sand weights it better than water, and owners agree
- Rated for ages 15 and up, sized for teens rather than toddlers
Cons
- The PVC rim breaks — three of its ten most recent critical reviews, one owner on his third rim
- The whole hoop twists when a ball hits the backboard, by several owners' account
- One-year warranty, and only 4 left in stock at the colour that sells at this price; the Blue listing was $166.99 the same day
- The rating is shared by all three colours
The PVC rim is the weak part: owners describe it breaking from ball impact and sun-brittleness, one on his third rim. Others describe the hoop twisting when the board is hit, hardware rusting within weeks, and parts missing from the box.
