zero-G 4001-50 Lightweight Garden Hose, 5/8 in x 50 ft
Lightest 5/8-inch hose TechGearLab weighed, with a failure tail to read first — Teknor Apex's zero-G, model 4001-50: a 5/8-inch vinyl hose, 50 ft. TechGearLab named it its 'Best Garden Hose for Most People', weighed it at 8.4 lb for 99.17 ft and found "some of the best spray pressure and distance of any we tested". Teknor Apex rates it "600+ PSI burst" and calls it "Lead Safe Safe drinking water". It holds 4.3★ across 10,051 (2,851 written reviews). We card it below the Flexzilla because its owners' complaints are failures, not handling: broken connectors, leaks and holes. Teknor Apex says claims on hoses bought through third-party sellers "will not be honored", and this listing is sold by InSide Out, not Amazon or Teknor.

“Its value is it is light weight, flexible, and easy to move around. It does not kink and can be stored easily onto a hose reel. The only problem is its life span.”— Gwan Gung, Amazon · Verified owner
