Rain Bird 1ZEHTMRP Premium Hose End Timer
The long-run digital: 6-hour cycles and a 72-hour Water Now, but no featured offer on Amazon — Rain Bird's premium hose-end timer has brass threaded inlet and outlet, four start times and runs of up to 6 hours per cycle, plus a "Water Now" manual run of up to 72 hours; Rain Bird rates it for 15 to 90 psi. Bob Vila named it Best Overall after a week of use, and owners give it 4.4★ across 519, 11% at one or two stars. The catches: on 2026-10-23 its Amazon listing had no featured offer, only four resellers at $71.86 to $84.42 against Rain Bird's own $58.99; Rain Bird's guarantee is a refund, not a repair term, and only for buyers from Rain Bird or an authorized retailer or reseller; Rain Bird does not say what the valve does on a low battery; and a 72-hour run started by mistake runs for 72 hours.

- Its Amazon rating is pooled with the plastic-fitting 1ZEHTMR sibling

“These work great when they work. I bought two for my chicken coops water misters. One of them all the sudden wont turn off at programed time, but the other one is working fine. May have to return one.”— Jen, Amazon · Verified owner
