Two themes dominate. Sustained heat breaks the rattan down - a Texas owner reports the material 'breaks into pieces if it is left in the sun' above 104F - and the on-arrival defect rate is high: bolts too short to use, a leg manufactured the wrong size, faulty hardware, a mis-moulded chair back, and a glass top one owner called dangerous and returned unopened.

“It is just as expected and works good. took a bit of time to put together, but not impossible. Good size I'm 6ft so I feel comfortable. It's hasn't loosened on me yet, so it's pretty sturdy. It matches the patio well, and they are so very easy to move around”— Brandon, Amazon · Verified Purchase
