Intex Kool Splash Inflatable Pool-Side Water Slide (58849EP)
Best slide for the side of your pool — The one inflatable slide actually built to sit on the edge of a pool and land a rider in the water, and the most-owned product in the entire category — 3.8★ across 8,569 ratings, ten times the base of anything else here. It is not a great rating and we are not pretending otherwise, but on a field this thin it is the only pool-side slide with real evidence behind it.

Pros
- 8,569 ratings — by an order of magnitude the deepest owner base of any inflatable slide, and the #1 seller in Amazon's own pool water slide category
- Genuinely designed for the SIDE of a pool, which almost nothing else in this category is — most 'pool slides' are lake, boat or lawn products
- Built-in sprinkler feed off a garden hose
- About $110, and owners who got a good one call it the best hundred dollars of the summer
Cons
- 3.8★, and the recurring complaint is air: holes, seams weeping, and one side that will not stay inflated
- Owners report patchy customer service when a unit fails early
- 176 lb limit and a 6-18 age range — this is for children, not adults
- Like everything inflatable here it is a seasonal consumable; buy it expecting a summer or two, not a fixture
Air — holes, weeping seams and a side that will not stay up — plus poor support when it fails early.
