Pros
- Solid HDPE poly lumber: nothing to rust, peel or repaint, and no cushions to fade
- The only maker here that publishes a written frame warranty: three years on the HDPE
- #4 seller in Patio Gliders at 4.6★, and heavy enough that owners stop worrying about wind
Cons
- The weak point is the joint this post is about: two of its nine critical reviews say the screws holding the chair to its base stripped — one the first time an 81-year-old sat in it — and a 4★ owner's October update reports two of the four base screws popping out
- SERWALL's own warranty 'does not apply to seating products used by individuals weighing over 250 lbs' — 100 lb under the listing's 350
- No cushions and no table, and only 11 written reviews sit on this colour and pack size
The base joint: the screws that hold the chair to its swivel base strip out or pop out; also parts arriving undrilled.
9 written critical reviews, all read; 2 are stripped base screws and 4 are defective or undrilled parts · critical reviews read 2026-10-16
“Very nice chairs, not hard to assemble and the rocker-swivel function is great. The chairs are heavy to move so I don’t think you have to worry about being blown in the wind. Looking forward to a lot of years of service from them.”— Raymon Chisom, Amazon · Verified owner
