Pros
- Real 4×4 cedar posts under a galvanized steel roof — the only wood frame in this roundup
- 370 lb, the heaviest build per square foot here
- The only Aoxun listing that prints a wind and snow figure at all — Beaufort 12 and 10 inches, after bolting
- 4.6★ across 133 with no Vine
Cons
- The roof coating peeled off two sides inside a year, showing bare aluminum (Feb 2026)
- Inside clear span measured 8 ft × 10 ft by one owner on a '10 × 12' — buy the furniture after it is up
- 'Cracks a lot, makes noise with any gust of wind', and roof panels that arrived already broken
- Customer service is the second theme: two phone numbers that do not answer, a 30-day return clock run out by the runaround
Parts and service: hardware arrives bent, missing or already broken, and Aoxun's phones and email do not answer — one owner ran out the 30-day return window waiting. Then the roof: the coating peeled off two sides inside a year, and the frame creaks in any gust.
6 of the 11 critical cards are damaged or missing parts with no response; 2 of 11 are the roof or the frame in wind; the one-star share is 4 percent of 144 · critical reviews read September 2026

✓ Safety: no active recall — No CPSC recall names this maker. The full recall database has exactly one gazebo recall — BJ's Wholesale Club's Berkley Jensen gazebos, August 2024, for an injury hazard — checked 2026-09-12 against the CPSC recall API. A hardtop gazebo is a permanent structure: anchor it as the manual specifies, and treat every published wind or snow figure as a maker's claim, not a code rating.
